1) Expenses billed on actuals (written prior approval required)

2) Unless specified otherwise, all infrastructure is client provisioned

3) Initial trial period money back guarantee: for first 30 days from contract date 

4) Unless specified otherwise, support is 9am to 5pm CST (Monday to Friday)

5) Requires binding 12-months contract without right of termination before expiry (after the initial trial period)

6) License & support is included

7) The annual subscription fee must be paid before the new subscription coverage period.

8) Any customization for reports etc and advisory services will be priced separately (upon request)

9) Free tier is available for first 12 months per organization
